A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) agreement was signed between the PBAT and the Bahrain Association of Banks (BAB) on November 16, 2020 to encourage mutual investments and to benefit from the knowledge and experience of both institutions in the financial and banking world.

In line with the agreement; it will support cooperation for sharing good practice examples, conducting joint projects, sharing information in strategic cooperation areas and online education and AAOIFI certificate programs.
