Mehmet Ali Akben completed his undergraduate education at Uludağ University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Business Administration. Mr. Akben, who graduated from Marmara University Banking and Insurance Institute with a master's degree, started his banking career at Faisal Financial Institution in 1986. He served as Financial Affairs Manager at Kuveyt Türk Bank between 1989 and 1999. Between 1999 and 2011, he served as Deputy General Manager of Anadolu Financial Institution and and Türkiye Finans Participation Bank. Mr. Akben, who was appointed as a Board member of the Savings Deposit Insurance Fund (SDIF) in 2012, was appointed as the Chairman of the Banking Regulation and Supervision Authority (BRSA) as of 2015. Mehmet Ali Akben, who served as BRSA President for two terms until May 2023, was appointed as a member of the Presidential Economic Policies Board in 2018 and as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Türk Telecom in June 2023. As of 31/10/2023, he has been serving as General Manager and Member of the Board of Directors at Vakıf Katılım Bankası A.Ş. Akben is married and has three children.

Born in Eskişehir in 1958, Ufuk Uyan graduated from Boğaziçi University, Department of Economics in 1981 and received a Master’s degree from the Department of Business Administration at the same university in 1983. After beginning his professional career as a Research Assistant at the Boğaziçi University, Department of Economics in 1979, he served as a Research Economist at the Turkish Industrial Development Bank’s Directorate of Special Research in 1982. Mr. Uyan became a Deputy Project Manager at Albaraka Türk in 1985 and joined Kuveyt Türk as the Director of Projects and Investments in 1989. He was appointed as Executive Vice President in 1993 and later Executive Assistant to the CEO. Ufuk Uyan has been the Bank’s CEO since 1999 and also serves as Member of the Board of Directors, Executive Committee, Remuneration Committee, Credit Committee and Assets and Liabilities Committee.

He was born in Beirut, Lebanon in 1981. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration from The George Washington University (Washington D.C., 2003) and completed his Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Thunderbird, the Garvin School of International Management (Arizona, 2006). In 2003, he began his career with Bank of America Business Banking in Washington DC followed by his tenure in the Treasury & Capital Markets Department at the London-based European Islamic Investment Bank between 2007 and 2009. In 2010 he joined leading global Islamic bank Al Baraka Banking Group, Bahrain as Vice President of Treasury where he established & oversaw the global sukuk investment portfolios until 2014. He was also a member of the Board of Directors for one of Morocco’s first Islamic banks, BTI Bank, between 2017 and 2020, where he served on the Audit and Board Affairs Committees. He has joined Albaraka Turk in 2014 and since 2017, he has been serving as the Assistant General Manager in charge of Treasury, Financial Institutions and Investment Banking Departments. In addition to his aforementioned duty, he has been appointed as the Acting General Manager of Albaraka Turk on 13 October 2021. Temsah who is fluent in English, Arabic, and Turkish; also serves as the member of the Credit Committee.

Board Member and General Manager of Dünya Participation Bank, was born in 1969.

He graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of Business Administration.

Between 1992 and 2000, he worked at Garanti Bank in different positions. Between 2001 and 2005, he held senior management positions at Anadolu Finans Kurumu and between 2006 and 2015, he served as Assistant General Manager at Türkiye Finans Katılım Bankası.

Between 2015 and 2023, Mr. Göktaş served as a Member of the Board of Directors and General Manager at Vakıf Katılım Bankası AŞ, and as of November 2023, he has been serving as a Member of the Board of Directors and General Manager of Dünya Katılım.

He began his professional career in 2011 as an Assistant Tax Inspector and, after successfully passing the qualifying exam, was appointed as a Tax Inspector by the triple Decree published in the Official Gazette numbered 29403 on July 1, 2015.Between September 2017 and April 2018, he served as a rapporteur in the Central Report Evaluation Commission of the Tax Audit Board and also worked in the "Legislation Unit" of the Board Presidency.In April 2018, he was appointed as the Deputy Secretary General of the Tax Council of the Ministry of Treasury and Finance with the approval of the Ministry's Office, and held this position until March 2019.Within the Tax Council, he actively participated as a working group member in various projects, primarily the Income and Corporate Tax Reform Studies and the Istanbul Finance Center Studies, as well as tax reform efforts.From April 2019 to June 2021, he served as the Deputy Chairman of the Tax Audit Board Presidency. During this period, he also held the positions of Chairman of the Central Report Evaluation Commission and Deputy Chairman of the Central Disciplinary Board.Alongside his role as Deputy Chairman, he also served as the Secretary General of the Ministry of Treasury and Finance Tax Council and Deputy Chairman of the Executive Board from January 2020 to July 2021.From December 2021 to June 2023, he served as an Advisor to the Minister of Treasury and Finance. From June 2022 to July 2023, he held the position of Director General of Financial Markets and Exchange Rates at the Ministry of Treasury and Finance.He has been a member of the Boards of Auditors of İller Bankası AŞ, the Board of Directors of Development and Investment Bank, the Board of Directors of the Credit Guarantee Fund, and the Board of Directors of the European Investment Fund Türkiye Growth and Entrepreneurship Fund.He successfully completed the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Examination administered by the Turkish Union of Chambers of Certified Public Accountants and Sworn-in Certified Public Accountants, earning the right to practice as a Sworn-in Certified Public Accountant.He has authored two books, "Corporate Tax Revision" and "Determination and Declaration of Income Tax Base: Explanation and Examples," on tax legislation and practice. Additionally, he has published studies in national and international conferences.His articles have been published in peer-reviewed journals in the fields of financial law and economics, and his writings have also been published on websites covering economics, finance, and law.As of July 14, 2023, Onur GÖK is serving as the General Manager and a Board Member of Türkiye Emlak Katılım Bankası (Real Estate Participation Bank).

Onur Özkan graduated with high honors from Boğaziçi University, where he pursued a double major in Business Administration and International Relations. He then completed his Master's degree in Financial Engineering at the same university with distinction. Between 2004 and 2012, Özkan held various positions at Finansbank, including Treasury Department, Deposit Investment Products and High-Income Segment Unit Manager, Individual Segments Management, and Sector Banking Group Manager. In 2012, he was appointed as the Director of High-Income Product and Segment Management and Private Banking. Özkan served as Deputy General Manager of Private Banking and Asset Management at the bank in 2015, and he held the position of Deputy General Manager of SME and Agricultural Banking until the end of 2017. During this period, Özkan also served as a Board Member at Finans Faktoring. Starting from the beginning of 2018, Özkan took on the role of Retail Group Coordinator at Sabancı Holding, in addition to serving as a Board Member at CarrefourSA and Deputy Chairman of the Board at TeknoSA. From the fourth quarter of 2018 until the end of 2020, Onur Özkan assumed board responsibilities in various companies of iLAB Holding and served as the CEO at Sigortam.net. Since the fourth quarter of 2020, he has been continuing his career as the CEO and Board Member responsible for fintech startups and digital banking under the TOM Companies Group at Aydın Holding.

1996 yılında Bilkent Üniversitesi İşletme Bölümü’nden yüksek şeref derecesi ile mezun oldu. Kariyerine, aynı yıl Arthur Andersen’da başladı. 1999 yılına kadar çalıştığı firmada denetim faaliyetlerinin yanı sıra kurumsal finansman departmanının hayata geçirilmesinde rol alarak şirket değerlemesi ve kurumsal finansman danışmanlık işlemlerini yürüttü. 1999 yılında bankacılık kariyerine Finansbank’ta başladı. 1999 - 2001 yılları arasında QNB Finansbank Finansal Kontrol ve Planlama Müdürlüğü’nde Müdür Yardımcısı, 2001 - 2003 yılları arasında Credit Europe Bank N.V. Finansal Kontrol ve Planlama Müdürü olarak Banka’nın Amsterdam Genel Müdürlük ve Belçika operasyonlarında çalıştı. 2003 yılında Türkiye’ye dönerek QNB Finansbank Finansal Kontrol ve Planlama Grup Müdürü olarak görevini sürdürdü. 2005 - 2014 yılları arasında Ernst and Young (EY)’da, Kıdemli Müdür (2 Yıl) ve Şirket Ortağı (7 Yıl) olarak görev yaparken Finansal Hizmetler alanında milyar dolar seviyesindeki işlemlerde danışmanlık hizmeti verdi. 2012 – 2014 yılları arası EY’da, tüm bölümlerin Finansal Hizmetler Sektör Lideri olarak görev aldı. 2014 - 2016 yılları arasında Alternatif Bank A.Ş.’nin İcra Komitesi Üyesi olarak Finans GMY ve Genel Müdür Vekili pozisyonlarında bulundu. 2016 yılından 2017 Ekim ayına kadar Alternatif Bank A.Ş.’nin Genel Müdür ve Yönetim Kurulu Üyeliği, Alternatif Finansal Kiralama Şirketi’nin (ALease) Kredi Komitesi ve Yönetim Kurulu Üyeliği ve Alternatif Menkul Değerler A.Ş.’nin (Alnvest) Yönetim Kurulu Başkanlığı görevlerini icra etmiştir. Kasım 2017 tarihi itibarıyla, Türkiye Finans Katılım Bankası Yönetim Kurulu Üyesi olarak atanmış ve Denetim Komitesi Üyesi olarak görevlendirilmiştir. Ocak 2019 tarihi itibarıyla Denetim Komitesi Başkanı olarak görevlendirilmiştir. 26 Mayıs 2023 tarihi itibarıyla ise Türkiye Finans Katılım Bankası Denetim Komitesi Başkanı ve Ücretlendirme ve Kurumsal Yönetim Komitesi Üyesi olarak görevini sürdürmektedir. Sayın Müge ÖNER,​ 15 Ekim 2025 tarihinden itibaren Genel Müdür Vekili olarak atanmıştır. 

Metin Özdemir graduated from the Istanbul University, School of Business Administrationin 1990. Metin Özdemir entered his profession in Kuveyt Turk Finans Kurumu A.Ş. (Kuveyt Türk) in 1992 and continued his career as a manager in retail industry starting from 1996. Mr. Özdemir has served as the Member of Municipal Council of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality between 2004 and 2014. While Özdemir was working as the Board Member at Ziraat Bank from April 2012 to May 2019, he also carried out the duties of Ziraat Bank Pricing Committee membership and Credit Committee substitute membership. Mr. Özdemir was elected as the Chairman of the Participation Banks Association of Türkiye (TKBB) on May 2018 and served as Chairman till May 2021. Mr. Özdemir, who is serving as the member of the Board at Ziraat Participation Bank since February 18, 2015 was appointed as the General Director of the Ziraat Participation Bank on June 12, 2017. In addition, serving as the Member of the Board and continuing to work in the Surveillance and the Pricing Committees of our Bank, Özdemir is also carrying out the task as the Chairman of the Credit Committee starting from July 25, 2017. He has been the Chairman of ADFIMI since 12 June 2017.
