The Participation Banks Association of Turkiye (TKBB) and BIBF signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on 2 April 2021 to organize various training programs in the field of participation banking.

Established in 1981 within the Central Bank of Bahrain, the Bahrain Institute of Banking and Finance (BIBF), which has trained more than 340,000 people in 63 countries, contributes to human resource competency development and training. They provide training services in many subjects (Accounting and Finance, Executive Development, Banking, Insurance, Islamic Finance and Information Technologies etc.). It has made a name for itself as an internationally preferred institute with the trainings it has organized for institutions located in Asia, Africa, Europe, USA and the Middle East. Within the scope of the 3-year MoU, BIBF will provide training support to the personnel of participation banks by organizing various training programs in the field of participation banking.
