Pursuant to the instructions of the President of the Republic of Türkiye, H.E. Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, a meaningful and strategic cooperation has been established between the Participation Banks Association of Türkiye (TKBB) and the Ministry of National Education (MEB) within the framework of the “From Roots to the Future (Maziden Atiye)” program, which was initiated for the first time in 2023 at the Presidential Complex in Ahlat, Bitlis. During the initial phase of this cooperation, a series of comprehensive activities aimed at enhancing students’ awareness of history and culture were successfully implemented, thereby strengthening the connection of youth with national and moral values.

As a continuation of this distinguished cooperation initiated at the Presidential Ahlat Complex, preparations have commenced for the 2025 “From Roots to the Future” programs to be held in Diyarbakır, Şırnak, Erzurum, Bursa, and Amasya as part of our joint efforts in the fields of education and participation finance. These programs, which aim to introduce students to Türkiye’s historical and cultural heritage, are planned to be carried out in close coordination with relevant stakeholders.

In this context, and with the objective of contributing to the preparations for the new term and further reinforcing our cooperation, Deputy Minister of National Education Mr. Nazif YILMAZ, together with an esteemed delegation, paid an official visit to Association. During the meetings held with the Deputy Minister and accompanying delegation, issues relating to the future direction of the “From Roots to the Future” programs, the enrichment of educational content, and the promotion of participation finance literacy among younger generations were discussed in detail.

We were honored to host the Deputy Minister and his distinguished delegation at the headquarters of Association. TKBB remains fully committed to further strengthening its cooperation with the Ministry of National Education to ensure the continued expansion and institutionalization of this program, which plays an important role in fostering a deeper connection between our youth and Türkiye’s history, culture, and core values.
